AI in the Workplace is a fast-paced, practical 2-hour professional development class designed to help employees, supervisors, and teams understand how artificial intelligence is already shaping today’s workplace—and how to use it effectively and responsibly. Led by MCC Workforce Solutions, this session breaks down what AI is (and isn’t), highlights real-world workplace applications like drafting emails, summarizing documents, creating marketing content, and improving productivity, and explores both the opportunities and risks of AI adoption. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, while learning how to write better prompts and apply AI to everyday work tasks. Laptops are recommended! Ideal for professionals across industries; this class focuses on practical skills, not technical jargon—empowering participants to work smarter, not harder, in an AI-enabled workplace.
